FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS AND FUNDRAISING
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions are by direct debit on or near the 6th of each month, August to May inclusive, and will appear as ‘GO CARDLESS’ on your bank statement.
If a payment is missed, the player is unable to play or train until the issue is resolved. All hardship cases will be dealt with on an individual basis in a confidential and sympathetic manner.
Players (or their parents/carers) are responsible for the payment of fines for any yellow or red cards received during a game. This must be paid to the Club within 14 days of the offence. If you require any further information, please contact the Club Treasurer directly.
SPONSORSHIP
Local businesses are actively encouraged to sponsor the teams through the purchase of match strips and training kit. No branding or logos are permitted for any alcohol, tobacco or gambling companies or products. Any teamwear or equipment purchased through sponsorship will become and remain the property of Burradon Juniors.
PARENT REPS & FUNDRAISING
Parent reps are a very important part of Burradon Juniors as they co-ordinate fundraising for their individual team. The rep will record any funds raised as soon as they are raised and the records are automatically shared with the Treasurer and Rep Co-ordinator. All fundraising events have to be sanctioned by the Committee in line with the FA and League rules. For this reason, all fundraising must be for a specific objective after seeking costings and approval from the Committee.
